Key Requirements
Requirement Details Education
Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) is preferred/required.
Experience 6 months to 2 years of experience in Travel Planning/Sales (6 Month Required).
Sales Focus Strong background in Outbound Sales (selling tour packages, holiday packages, domestic itineraries, etc.).
Knowledge Good knowledge of itinerary planning and diverse travel destinations across India.
Skills Excellent communication and superior customer-handling skills.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Effectively handle both inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries.
Customization: Expertly design and customize travel itineraries to perfectly match specific client requirements.
Conversion: Successfully convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive sales efforts.
Client Management: Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and strategically build long-term customer relationships.
